We have prosecuted and defended significant construction disputes involving large and complex projects. We successfully prosecuted one of the longest jury trials in Harris County history in a case involving construction disputes and have achieved favorable arbitration awards.

The firm represents primarily employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, administrative proceedings, and counseling of clients. The firm's specific areas of practice include Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Texas Commissions on Human Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, equity compensation agreements, the National Labor Relations Act, unfair labor practice litigation, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, union avoidance, defamation, fraud, breach of contract, and at-will disputes.
