Partners Michelle Blair and Tyler Henkel have co-authored an article that was published in the Spring/Summer 2025 issue of TADC Magazine, titled The Testamentary Exception to Attorney-Client Privilege: A Trap for the Unwary and Treasure Trove for the Savvy. The article explores the origins and potential applications of the rule that communications between an attorney and a now-deceased client are not privileged when they are relevant to issues between parties claiming through that deceased client.
