Our experience includes  successfully preserving the $1.6 billion estate of the late J. Howard Marshall for certain family members against the claims of Anna Nicole Smith, in what we believe to be the longest probate jury trial in Harris County history. The jury not only granted our clients the estate but also millions of dollars in counterclaims for fraud and tortious interference that survived judicial review.
