Jared Peloquin

Associate

Jared’s practice focuses on complex commercial and construction litigation. He regularly represents builders, contractors, and homeowners in courts and arbitration proceedings across Texas. Jared is intimately involved in each step of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trial, and plays a key role in helping successfully resolve matters to the client’s satisfaction.

While attending the University of Houston Law Center, Jared served as research assistant for Professor David Dow and was a member of the Moot Court Team.  He also has a Master of Arts in United States History and taught middle and high school history courses before attending law school. Jared worked at a boutique firm specializing in construction litigation before joining Ware Jackson.

    • Represented large residential homebuilder against claims alleging construction defects and mold.
    • Represented corporation against construction defect claims arising from destructive housefire.

    • Represented facility maintenance company in contract dispute with contractor and vendor.
    • Represented homeowner in construction defect dispute with contractor.

    • Represented oil and gas company in dispute concerning plugging and abandonment of wells.
    • Represented landowner in eminent domain dispute with pipeline company.
