Jordan Parker
Associate
Jordan is dedicated to providing personalized and effective legal solutions for clients, ensuring top-tier representation in every case. She develops cases for trial by assisting with all aspects of the litigation, including handling written discovery, taking oral depositions, and drafting dispositive and other legal motions. She also works closely with clients from a variety of industries on strategic decisions and inspires their confidence.
Jordan’s practice draws from her law school experience at the civil law clinic, where she navigated diverse cases from estate planning to family matters, as well as her internship with a federal district judge, where she helped prepare trial orders.

- An apartment complex in a premises liability case arising from a near-drowning incident at a swimming pool.

- Obtained summary judgment for an international energy company accused of breaching a settlement agreement.
- $11.7 Million Contract Claim Against Major Energy Company Dismissed on Summary Judgment
- Secured a favorable settlement for a national waste management company that had asserted claims for trade secret misappropriation.
- Represented rehabilitation company and owner against fraud conveyance claim after the sale of the company.
