Simone Dawson
Associate
Simone’s practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation and appellate matters. Before joining the team at Ware Jackson, Simone practiced commercial litigation at a local business law firm where she quickly became the firm’s go-to briefing attorney and gained extensive experience arguing motions, managing discovery, and deposing witnesses. She has built on that experience at Ware Jackson, where she handles commercial, construction, personal injury, and environmental matters.
Simone graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center where she was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and served as the Outreach Editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy. Simone also received the Prudential Life Insurance Scholarship and the Health Law Policy Institute’s Scholarship in Health Law.
