Tim Lee has over 44 years of experience handling civil appeals in Texas state and federal courts. He has represented individuals and organizations in more than 135 appeals involving employment, contract, construction, personal injury, products liability, insurance, toxic tort, real property, oil and gas, maritime, and railroad matters.
Additionally, he has taken part in numerous multi-week trials, appeared in hearings in a multitude of state and federal courts across Texas, and advised trial teams on a wide variety of matters.
