Eileen O’Neill 2021 TEX-ABOTA President

Congratulations to Ware Jackson Partner, Eileen O’Neill, who began her term as the 2021 President of the Texas Chapters of American Board of Trial Advocates. ABOTA, a national association of premier trial attorneys and judges, is an invitation-only organization. ABOTA dedicates itself to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trail right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Ware Jackson is proud to announce the promotion of Margaret Bryant to Equity Partner and Avery Sheppard to Partner, effective January 1, 2021.

Margaret Bryant joined the firm after graduating from law school in 2010. Margaret brings fresh perspective to each civil litigation case. Her litigation experience includes energy, construction, product liability, contract, personal injury, real estate and maritime cases.

Avery Sheppard joined the firm after graduating from law school in 2013. Avery has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of high-stakes litigation, including products liabilitypersonal injuryconstruction, and oil and gas. In addition, he is a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
